And as Richard Henry pointed out, most good designers won't do free work. No-Spec! is dedicated to that whole theory http://www.no-spec.com/ . If you guys are still looking for someone when I'm done maybe I'll throw my hat in the ring (which I doubt). (Oh and don't use my tumblr account as an example of my design.
