As somebody (maybe mangeons) remarked last week, it was a &quot;hello&quot; chat room.  Every time someone arrived, we had a huge flurry of greetings in the middle of an attempted exchange of substantive comments.  I was thinking maybe we should treat it more like a meeting than a party when it&#039;s structured as a community discussion.  What do you think?</description>
