Total pony request. I know you like things to be clean and clutter free. Maybe a button that says "Is this a question about your computer?" And then it asks what your OS is and shows how to find out if you don't know. And then add that to the question as a tag. I have typed "Windows, Mac, or Linux?" so many times. Just a thought. OK..
